How to get good grades in VU Assignments:
Dear students, today in this article we’ll discuss getting good grades on assignments and avoiding zero marks. Often it happens that a student prepares an assignment but gets zero marks, we’ll discuss all faults and mistakes.
Steps to solve Assignment for Good Marks:
- Format four assignments in a unique way to avoid plagiarism.
- If you are solving an assignment by data copies from handouts or internet sources, try to rephrase the sentence and put synonyms of some of the words in each sentence.
- If you are writing a definition copied from any source, exchange words with synonyms.
- While rephrasing keeps in mind that the 5th to 6th word must not match the source material you have copied data from (Handouts or Internet).
- After completing the solution, remove properties of the file (word or any other type of file).
- If you have created your own new file and pasted data in this file after correction, you don’t need to remove properties.
- Keep your file open as long as you can and edit details in that file to have documentation time in the properties of your assignment file.
- If you are editing the solution in the copied file follow the steps to avoid zero.
- Go to “Properties” of the assignment file you are submitting.
- Now click on the “Details” tab.
- Here you can see that Author is Lubna Mustafa and last saved by Ajmal Ali, this is Plagiarism by properties.
- Click on “Remove properties and personal information” at end.
- Click on “Remove the following properties from this file” at 4th line.
- Now click on the “Select all” button. All properties will be selected.
- Now click “OK”.
- The properties like Authors and Revision Numbers will be Erased as shown by S/S.
- Your solution is ready to be submitted, but in addition, you can open this file for a while and edit something (Erase or copy-paste), so you will be assigned as “Author”.
