Solve MCQs with good grades:
Dear students, today we’ll discuss how to use all tools and methods for getting good grades in VU MCQs. We must have to develop skills and know the way how to handle our MCQs before starting Quizzes. In Quiz, there are four options as questions and we are asked to select the best solution for our answer. Selection of MCQs is not a tough task but having four options may create disturbance for us. We must have an objective approach to solving MCQs as a part of the objective problem.
Steps or methods to solve MCQs fast and correct:
Here we’ll discuss the five best approaches to solve MCQs to get good grades.
- Think first and act later
- Elimination method
- Guess without options
- Fill in the blanks
- Use Combined Approach
Think first and act later:
After reading the question, there may be some questions that would build in your mind about the topic of the question or if this question is out of the syllabus, etc. To handle this kind of situation, ask your mind to remember the information about the concerned subject and topic and then search out the relevant topic instead of taking your mind to go through the whole book.
Elimination Method:
After reading the question problem and all possible options, we may consider any two of them suitable as a solution to the question problem. Read the question carefully. Read all possible options given as multiple choice. Eliminate the best-suited two from all four options. New from the two chosen options, select the best one.
Guess without options:
In this type of approach, firstly we have to read questions carefully with having an eye over options. Try to make an answer from the information already embedded in your mind related to that topic. After this step, see all possible answers or options and select from the best suited if available the answer you think may be. As often it happens that the options are provided in such a way that they may confuse the student, had he already gone through that specific topic. In this problem, this approach helps a lot.
Fill in the blanks:
This approach is similar to the previous approach. Read the question carefully, now consider the question as a fill-in-the-blanks type question problem, and try to get an answer from the mind by wandering through previously studied information.
Use of Combined Approach:
We have to use all the previous approaches as a combination of Elimination, Guessing Filling in the blanks, etc. we have to use all related weapons to have a best and correct answer that would help us in having good grades in Quizzes.
